What a $1200 67 Barracuda notchback looks like

Lol, all the other deciders are a pain in the ***. The layout on this one is perfect, no need to figure out the letter or number spacing.
Not sure why "we"/fabo dont have a reliable one on this site.
Heres the home page for future reference.

I was just joshing you, thanks for the decode. I'm hoping to find the build sheet and I'll post it. I was lucky enough to find the sheet folded up inside the owners manual in the glove box of my 66.

Lol yep I knew that, but if you google 67 mopar fendertag decoder, there are a few websites with them.
Problem with all I've seen is you need to get the "spacing" perfect or it wont decode properly.
One at DodgeCharger is "for dummies" lol.

Nice,
I am relocating from WA state to my home state of TX in 18 months after retiring from the USN. I have to pick and choose what I take down with me. I need to stop looking on craigslist.
Thanks for your service! I retired 8 years ago after 21 years and loving every minute of it!
I hear you on craigslist, it's a good way to drain the savings, but you did damn good on that deal.

Here is my 700$ Fastback.
At least yours had interior !
I should have taken pics of the bare shell when I bought. Guys at work thought I was crazy ! Now they cant believe its the same car !

Crawsfire what are your concerns about moving back to Texas? Are you retiring?

The move money the military promises to move you back home to your house of record takes a few months after you have left the service, so save your money and start your move before you get out if possible.

Thanks, got it covered, already have a ranch in TX, sold my house here while retaining occupancy until my oldest boy graduates HS. I have lots of issues but thankfully money isn't one of them. The hardest part is the 2400 mile trips back and forth. A lot of driving and I'm not sure if the stuff I am taking down there is worth the effort. Hard to let go sometimes.

Totally agree, I moved 8 cars, and 30K pounds of blocks, axles, cranks, pistons, etc.
We moved one couch and a chair and gave up on old beds and old furniture. I made 6 round trips at 12,000 plus miles. GOD kept me safe all those miles without accident and one failed attempt of theft of one of my road runners.

I am thankful for the 100% property tax exemption TX gives 100% disabled vets. I love TX!

That is a heck of a haul.
The Wife and I are considering a move from California to Tennessee. I have 4 non running project cars, The '67 Dart, '70 Charger and '75 Power Wagon then our 3 daily drivers. There is probably enough parts, tools and car stuff to fill a large U-Haul, then there is all the house stuff.
After a move like this, it sure had better be worth the effort!

Wanted to update. Here's a pic of the truck I got as a donor for the 440/727. Will have the 67 rolling again soon.

Welcome to the forum. I have a finished (loosley termed) 67 notch as well. There are a few Barracuda notchbacks around but I have never seen another 67 in all the time I have owned mine. Congratulations you have scored a rare one!
