If it was a fastback removing the fold down rear seat and colsole would save 100+ lbs . Man those peices ar heavy !

I have one of those cheap and fun cars also. The Road Runner was free. Saved it out of a field from going to the junk yard. Slapped it together with whatever parts I had laying around. Now a sleeper. Built 383 with 2 stage 125/250 plate, built trans w/10" 3200 converter, 4:88 w/spool and widen steelies with 275 drag radials.

I’ve found people live those fun car’s
Man if a guy could get a loud pedal for that thing you could make some guy’s really mad
Only thing nicer would be a plum challenger with a parachute

Ive had more fun in cheap cars than in allyour $$$ cars put together
My 69 weights 3300 with ps and runs 6.40 s

That second photo is brilliant, do you happen to have a higher-resolution version I could use as a wallpaper for my desktop computer? I love how level it is, looks like the chassis is ROCK solid... usually see the driver side a tad higher from the torque
