I saw the 52's at Harpo's, on Detroit's east-side... on the second album tour. It was a great show and fun time. Their music is very under-rated, and some of the guitar work was really good.

Was lucky enough to see Robert with the Band of Joy when they were touring. Superb concert and excellent musicians all. And yes, he could still howl. Last song on the encore was Rock and Roll.
