Saw Big Rude Jake live, must be almost 30 years ago now. Remember it well, this album had just come out. Regret not seeing him again, he was local to me. He would go into the senior's homes and perform for them on regular basis. Probably not this one though. RIP Jake. One of a kind.

 
First time I heard Colter I thought he had to be in his 60s with that world weary voice. What a surprise that he's just a young man. Must be an old soul.

I download all kinds of stuff. Then it comes on months later on shuffle while I'm cooking in the kitchen and have the tunes cranked. And I get blown away.
