If you are ever in NYC, the building is preserved and such an architectural masterpiece. It's 96-98 St. Marks Place in the East Village. Cool place to visit, just like the Dakota where Lennon perished. Of course The Dakota is on the upper west side.
 
For all of you Metal Heads, it doesn't get much better than Judas Priest, Sad Wings Of Destiny!!!
