What carb would be good?

72 340 4spd 10:1 compression mostly stock aluminum intake headers and very mild mopar performance cam 3.73 gears in rear.
What carb would be good for this engine this is a restored street cruiser not a race car I want something i bolt on without having to change and mess with stuff like the 600 holley mechanical dbl pumper i have now?
Any suggestions?
