Hey folks, so I'm kinda at a loss here. I can't figure out what color my 1967 dart is, I'm stuck between turbine bronze and dark red poly. I don't have a fender tag, and I can't find any paint codes stamped in the car. Here are some pictures of the paint. Thank you in advance.

How about a picture of the trunk, or behind a door panel? Paint bleaches out over time, and the colour changes.

i'd say that 2nd pic from what appears to be under the sill plate is probably about the best representation of what untouched day one paint looks like on that car.

The heater motor with the seal removed seems to be a better representation of the true color.

Just found this on-line.

This is Copper Metallic as Dana67Dart suggested.

Looks close!

This is Turbine bronze on a 67 Plymouth.

Also looks close.

Maybe different descriptions for the same paint color??

I could another color chart that references turbine bronze and copper. See my earlier post

Too close to call in my book

I would say Turbine Bronze, because he seems to think it has a reddish tinge (asked if it was Dark Red). Medium Copper is a different color entirely, and is not red in the slightest. It looks like dull brown out of the sunlight. Medium Copper is also about 2 shades lighter than Turbine Bronze.

No fender tag? Paint it whatever you want.

That said, bottom side of the trunklid might give you the best look at the original color, to compare to the color charts.
