As Far As I Know The Enigine Is Stock With 904 And Shift Kit Except Eld Manifold And M/t Valve Covers, 500 Eld Carb With Eld Aircleaner Electic Ign And Super Coil What Temp Should I Get And What Is Stock?

I ran both the 165 and the 180. If you drive in a cold climate and need the heater, the 180 is your best bet. Mopar engines seem to like warmer temperatures.

A 165 t-stat is usually a bandaid cure for a marginal cooling system and will foul plugs and cause excessive carbon build up. 180 is the way to go.

Well I Went To The Local Part Store They Said The Engine In There Books Show 195 So I Got That I Can Allways Take It Back But He Said It Can Change How The Car Runs If I Change The Stats Around.

195 is stock for most cars from the 60's up. The higher temps are good for improved effiency and cooler can improve power. The difference is very minimal either way. I would stay away from the 165 units because you can get fuel condensing on the cylinder walls that will increase wear.
