What does this harness connect to?

I'm going through the harnesses I will hopefully reuse on my '70 Dart. Do you recognize this connector? The harness is about 4' long although it is cut on one end.

For starters we need to know the wire colors. There's a tag, can you read the number? Plug that into a search engine.

Green and Black?, it's the speaker wire.

White and black. It must be for the rear blower being 4 foot long. I don't see how a radio harness would be that long.
