We tried to set up one of our utilities for auto-pay. After we had all of our info added it says there is a "convenience fee" to pay our bill online. Are you f#*!!ing kidding me? Isn't everyone trying to get you to use online bill pay? And then add a fee for doing it?
I'm the kind of a$$ that will pay extra postage to mail a jar of pennies. And I have a lloottt of pennies. I got your "convenience fee"!
