What Engine Is This?

The question was what is this engine . I would presume he asked because it was built in 66 but 318s didn’t come out until the 1967 model year .
The answer is it’s a 318 built in 66 for 67 models.
Simple enough ….

Yep. It is a 67 318 with a casting date of 8-25-66, just not out of an A body.
