what flex plate with ex. balance 340

I want to run my 904 and neutral balance converter with the external balance 340 I just got...
Just looked at B&M website as well as Summit and don't see what I need.
Anyone know if this is going to be an issue?
Or have a part#? Or actually have what I need?
 
But I'm guessing that is drilled for either 727 or 904?
As being only listed as 727 I must have skipped right past it.

I'm pretty sure B&M used to have a part number for this. I have a little older book somewhere, I'll try to find it tomorrow and post it. Someone surely has one somewhere. You might want to get ahold of B&M, maybe they still have one laying around, worth a try.
 
In one of the books I have I finally found the part#.
B&M 10234...
Now availability is the only question...
