I recently ordered a new floor pan and trunk floor pan for my 72 duster. I received a bag of misc. brackets with them. (picture 1) I do not know what this one is or where it goes. There is 2 of them. I also got one other bracket(picture 2) that i believe is an emergency brake cable bracket for a B-body. Why would this come with a floor for an A-body?

The first pic is a bracket for your speedometer cable. I cannot tell from the pic what the second bracket is for.

I'll see if I can round up a pic or two for you tonight.
I cannot see what the second clip is from the pic posted though.

Second pic is the primary E Brake cable guide. It welds to the bottom of the floor pan roughly under the driver's seat.

Here is the location of the first brackets. If you can blow that pic up you can see them better...

The second picture is the e-brake cable guide. I have 2 1972 dusters and neither one has one on it. They are both original cars. Were they all supposed to have one?

My '72 Duster didn't have anything like that either...
