Actually Hoppy, this is an UCA shaft grip & lever tool for sliders, maybe Ford or Mopar. I have 3 different types of those, but they all have push&pull hooks, that is a pull only hook.

They are for belt tensioners, each for 1 specific engine only, any idea which ones??
