Well this is A bodies only so that is a start. 69 Cuda
This is also my guess. pull it out of the retaining bracket, it will probably have writing/part number on top
It is the left side fresh air vent!!
EM flasher.
ok Now I'm crawling under tomorrow/all my flasher relays are round/going to find my key/headlight buzzer

Yall are all crazy. That's a flux capacitor relay.
Flasher, either turn signal or emerg. There are rectangular ones. 1 is round and 1 rectangular.

The metal clip hooks on a hole in the brake pedal firewall to dash bracket.

Tgat's it! Thanks Dana67Dart. I didn't realize that metal bracket slipped off.
Looks like an fugazzy enphraminator that's a little fa-cocked. Rare for sure.
The turn signal has the same bracket. But it's up under the dash on the right side of the ash tray. And attached to the ashtray holder bracket.
The rectangular flasher mechanism is what I have seen most in the E flasher spot, and more traditional round in the turn signal spot
