Hey all. I've been running my 71Swinger 225 /6 over a year now. Well it's been running rich. It has a Holley 390cfm on a stock motor. So tonight I pull the bowls to see what jets are in it, knowing that the jets are numbered. Well when I pulled the jets out only number on them were 512. So does anyone know what size that is? I'm thinking of dropping 2 sizes. I will continue my search on the net. Thanks for any and all help.

If I recall correctly, a 512 jet is a 'smog' jet. I think it is basically a regular jet but is more precisely made. Just omit the last number, and that is basically what the jet is equivalent to. In this case, a 51 jet.
