huh!?? I must be an outlaw, I would stick a tag of "legal" car and go!?????

mopars I have owned over the years, whether it was a "keeper" I owned for 7-8 years, or a " trading" car that went to a deserving owner the next day ( some people might assumne "open" title deal?),, parts car, has a place in my heart, so I really don't care if it has to be registered, liscensed, insured, to place in this contest!!????? Ha

No contest, just being honest about it. a parts car is a parts car. Essentially it's not a car, it's a supply shed. lol
No need to get an attitude about it. It really isn't all that important.

no attitude Frankie. just kidding about a "contest" !!! majority of the cars I have have had over the years, were picked up either as rollers or as complete dead cars. many of the rollers I put back together and were drivable. some restored to nth degree. moist not!! wayyy back years and decades ago, there was a time these cars were my business and my hobby. I had my " keepers", that were not for sale. ( back when people had and spent $$, I had to keep my keeper cars hide).
my keepers were legally liscened and insured. the others were not, most were just open title cars.
listing cars we have owned, well I listed just to see what I could remember. I agree, there is a big difference in running driving cars that had a home and rollers, parts cars ( didn't list those).
my point was, for instance, the AAR Cuda ( not even a roller, no front suspension) that a friend pulled out of an Al. boneyead ( not your yard TED! Ha), for me. $200. I hauled it home got it rolling, found all the missing parts except drivetrain. it sat for years before someone gave me $1500 for it. went to a guy from s.d. ( not san diego) that had lusted for a AAR for years. glad he got the car and it found a good home. that car has a place in my heart. just me.

66 Sport Fury - 383, 69 RT Charger - 440, & 79 W200 Powerwagon 360. I still have the 74 Dodge Dart Sport that started off as a slant 6 car. I am in the planning stage of a complete resto-mod. I know a lot of guys on this forum are purists that believe in correct restorations only. If this was the Sport Fury or the 69 Charger I used to have - thats the way I would go. I will never put a slant 6 back in this Dart. It wouldn't be worth much correctly restored anyway. My plan for when this car is done is for it to be like few I have ever seen.

I'll have to put my thinking cap on for this one.

Since I started this thread.1971 slant six Duster and a 1968 Fastback Barracuda 318 built Aug,1st the first day of production.

I wouldn't even know where to start compiling this list because I have had so many that I couldn't even recall most of them. I can start off by telling you what I havnt owned,
I never had a Superbird/Daytona but I have had numerous examples of almost everything else.
When I turned 16 back in 1975 the gas prices went up to about .78 Cents per gallon and everyone who had performance cars just freaked out, They were a dime a dozen and I spent lots of dimes! You have to remember that a lot of these cars at that time were less than 15 years old and they only cost between $2500 and $4000 new.I'm not exaggerating when I say the list would be well over 1000 cars but here are some of the more notable ones.
First car was a 1966 Charger with a big block and I have owned at least 20 others since with the most notable being a 426 Hemi Automatic car that I sold around 2001. I also had a 1968 Hemi 4 speed Charger with a Dana and numerous other chargers from all years up to 74. I still have a 1971 Charger SE that is an original 440 HiPo car that was built in LA.
In high school I drove a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner 440/6 with a Dana rear end(I still have the window stickers and owners manual on this one) I've owned numerous other Roadrunners and GTX's from 68 all way till 74
I've owned many Coronets from 1965 up to the mid seventies, lots of big block cars and even more run of the mill small block cars.
Belvederes and Satellites from the early 60's on up but the most notable was a 1966 2 door post 426 Hemi automatic on the column with 8 3/4 rear. One of 67 made. and I had a 1966 Belvedere 4 door that I street raced back in the 70's/80's with a 426 Hemi and Automatic. Great sleeper.
Dodge Darts, I've had so many I wouldn't even know where to start, I still own 2 1970 Darts, one is a 340 Swinger and the other is a 318 car. Ive had the all from 1963 up till 1975 but I had a thing for 68 Darts so I owned tons of those. At one time back in the 80's I had 4 GTS's at the same time, one was a 383 and the others were all 340 cars. Three hardtops and one convertible. I've owned several big block Darts and so many 340 Darts that I cant even remember them all. Ive had a few Dart station wagons and several convertibles.
Valiants and Dusters, what can I say, Dusters used to be so cheap and plentiful that You could buy them anywhere for $50 to $100 and I did! I would buy darn near every Duster around. I had lots of 340 Dusters and a couple that we put Big blocks in, and so many others that I cant even go into it.
Challengers were pretty abundant back in the day and I had way more than my fair share from 70-74 in every configuration from 6 cylinder to Hemi but the two most notables were a T/A Challenger I bought from a neighbor in the 80's and a 1971 Challenger convertible that I bought from the original owner and I drove it for about 12 years up till around 2001 when I sold it to buy another house.
Barracudas and Cudas, I have had them all from 1964 up till 1974, lots of Formula S cars and a couple of 68 -383 Barracudas. I drove a 1968 Formula S 340 fastback when I was in college. Most notable was probably a 1970 AAR roller I bought that someone had put a Hemi K frame in. I bought it for $600 and dropped a 426 in it and had a blast street racing and cruising it.
I have also owned a metric buttload of Chryslers from Newports to 300's to Imperials and others like Polaras and Monacoes and Fury's because that's where we used to get all of our big blocks to drop in other cars.
I'm certain that I have left out plenty of notable rides just because I'm getting older and I don't remember some of them till I run across a picture or someone is bench racing and tells a story about one of them. I will just leave it at "Ive owned lots of Mopars"

A few were parts cars, but most were drivers. I haven't owned a non-Mopar since 1955 when I junked my first car...a '41 Chevy two door sedan.
