Ok so I have 73 225 when I go to pull out in the road my motor bogs down and sometimes quits is it timing ot the carb.
What off?

Is it only when you pull into the road?? Sitting in your driveway put in gear and power brake it gently.....What happens???

it really only dose it when you try to get to speed quick it dose it in the driveway but not a bad.

One thing to check would be the accelorator pump in the carborator somtimes the rubber goes bad, now more frequently with the ethonal in the fuel.

Yup, that's most likely. It could be your vacuum/mechanical advance and/or timing problems too.
