PayPal put my money in his account but froze his account along with this message.

I wonder what makes PayPal flag an account that way?

First of all, if you think you can really trust Paypal, then you better think again anyway. They are cheating bastards too, and learned all their lessons from the higher ups at Ebay years ago. I used to allow my customers to pay for real world work (im not a car parts seller) until Paypal decided to hang onto a payment once. Dropped them like a hot potato, after many years of use.
