I am finishing my Plymouth Duster with a 340 4 speed. The 340 is 10.5 to 1 ported Jheads. The car will be driven very little on the street for a couple car shows but I want to get on it at the track and am installing 4.56 gears I have laying around. I just need to know what street slick size to put on the rear. Any help is appreciated. 15 inch rear rim.

I run a 28x9 Hooser on my 65 Barracuda, that takes a 3/4inch spring inboard relocation to fit. Cross the strip about 6500rpm. Being a later "A" body may not need to relocate springs.

JMO I would find some spare rims and run slicks for the track. With 4.56,s I,d run 30x10.5x15.The drag radials will wear fast driving both street and track.Just my 2 cents.

I have 4.56 with 28" tall bfg drag radials. even they are a tight fit so im sure going larger could get even more tricky. also my springs have been reloacted inbound.

Been running my 68 Barracuda 340 auto 4.56 gears with 11.5x28x15 ET streets they are actually 27 inchs. cross finish at 6200 rpm. stock heads 11-1 comp, mopar solid 528 cam. Needs to be freshend up low to mid 12s.
