On the weekend I saw a 71 Dart . Sitting in a barn since '78. It had the inch of dust on it to prove it. Sorry no pics as it got dark and the lighting wasn't the best. I'm going to get some stuff from him in a couple of weeks so I'll get some then.

My CHP car sat in a field from 1980-2010

My 70 cuda sat outside since 1976 the floor and frame are gone.

Looks like there were some good candidates in that yard. Mind sharing where its at?
Private collection, cannot say, I was lucky to get the Polara.
He has many others from cutup shells to a low mile survivor Hemi, all big block B-Body.

73 Cuda sitting outside since the late 70's. He keeps it covered but you can see the trunk lid has caved in. Would love to know the story on it. He has signs up warning to not approach his property.

Longest I personally know of isn't a mopar. Its a 66 Mustang. been sitting outside next to a house since 1968. Young man who owned it, got drafted, was KIA'd in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive. I've spoken to his dad on it several times. Nice guy. Will not even discuss selling the car. He'd given it to his son on his 18th birthday as a present. Says it can rot into the ground to rejoin his son. Kind of a sad story. Its sunk in the ground so far a good 6 inches above the rockers.

these two sat for 30 plus years... the black one is back on the road. the 69 is still sitting and rotting..

My old 68 GTX has been sitting since 1988 when I traded it to a friend, I sold the 66 belvedere last year to my wife's cousin.

My Valiant sat from 1982 until January when I bought it. I now drive it everyday.

When I rescued my ‘66 Coronet in 2013 the old fella told me that his brother and current wife (then girl friend) were “in the back seat” and he was driving when he “loosened a rod!”. He told me that was in 1978!

I took these 2 pics over 10 years apart.
Been there for decades, ones behind it longer, hood, doors, trunk have not been opened since parked.
