What's the original Carter fuel pump number on a 1965 barracuda Formula S commando 273. March 1965 build if it makes a difference. I pulled a 3672S off of it and was wondering if it's the original. Thanks, Jimmy

'65 FPC says M3673S (Chrysler № 2495 527) in all A- and B-bodies with 273 or 318 engine. The M3672S (Chrysler № 2495 528) is listed for B-bodies "except hemispherical engine". The '64 FPC clarifies this; the M3673S is shown for all V8 A-bodies, and also for the non-power-package V8 B-bodies except where the M3672S is called for—the M3672S is shown for 361 and 383 engines in B- and C-bodies.

I'm pretty sure the big block engines had the short arm so this is probably a cobbled together rebuilt pump since it has the correct small block long arm. Thanks for your help.
