What's Your Nostalgic Story?

Anyone care to share any stories about their first car or their parents car or anything of the type?

To put in my dad always talks about his first car that he rebuilt that he had to sell that he wishes he still had. It wasn't a mopar but a Triumph TR3, still pretty cool.

Our family cars when I was in high school were:

*1973 Chevy Caprice Estate wagon, fully loaded, 454/Turbo 400.....bought in Apr of 1974 with 9,000 miles. We used it in burnout contests @ Der Wienershnitzel.....one day I revved it so high, the harmonic balancer came off!!

1964 Ford Falcon 289/4-speed....it was my grandpa's car!! When he got too old to drive, we inherited it. Installed headers and would practice wheelies by getting on and off the gas pedal in 1st gear, timing it just right. Lotsa ripped out motor mounts.
