Just curious, what did the Hemi darts and cudas come with as far as wheel sizes? And from what I found, they had custom front rotors to accept the large bolt pattern?
Hello there. This is a real good question that has a very long answer.
The paper work I have states for the front wheels they were going to be large bolt pattern 15” spare tires. But they found the tires rubbed the fenders so they went to 14” wheel. For the rear they used a special offset 15” wheel to accommodate for the wider B body differential.
For the front disc brakes they used a special rotor that has the large bolt pattern but still used the standard A body spindle. They got these rotors from the early Trans Am program in 1966.
