Where can I get this part??

Where can I get the cover/seal that is in the trunk and goes around the gas filler tube as it goes thru the trunk to the gas tank. I havent seen new ones in any magazines but would take a used one if it is really good.

Thanks for the help. I should have noted that I have a 70 swinger. I figured out the part is called a fuel trunk tube seal and should be part a0710 for $28 plus shipping.
