Which Axle Bearings - Green or stock tapered?

Which axle bearings are people running? I have heard that some people are having issues with the green bearings. I will be rebuilding my stock 8 3/4 axles. Any experience out there? I need to order new bearings and want to select the ones that will give me the least problems.

Any advice on installation?
