I thought that I saw people posting on here about traveling from one coast to the other shipping cars. Kicking around shipping two back East from Oregon or rent a Uhaul with two trailers and using my pickup to pull one. Anyone? Thanks in advance!

I had Magic Carpet recommended by another member, and I've selected them but not yet had a chance to use them.
The U-haul thing worked out about the same for the cost for me, compared to having them shipped, and time wise I saved very little when all was said and done if I'd got it myself.
Unless you fly out and drive back, it's all about a wash, really.

My Duster is coming to Idaho from Georgia.PM me and I can give you Mario's number. He has moved 3 cars for me, always been good and best price. My Duster because it's low and fiberglass is going enclosed with lift gate for $1600.00. But open trailer is $1100.000 east coast to west, and $800.00 midwest to west coast.Hope this helps.

Try uship.com You bid the job out then choose your carrier based on reputation and price. I just had a Dart shipped from Ft Lauderdale to Baton Rouge for under $600 and the process was easy.

I used magic carpet transport and couldn't be happier.
I'll tell you who NOT to use: Transport Connection. After a week of spam asking if I still need to ship, I told him no, I didn't need to ship at three times the cost of the next highest bid, and to F-bomb off. He CALLS me, calls me a cheapskate, and threatens me! I tried to call him back and he's using Magic Jack, after calling ME cheap (FWIW, Magic Carpet was exactly middle of the road and I tipped the driver 10%)

With a name like "Self", why am I not surprised that you are a lousy, no good, worthless, CHEAPSKATE. Go pinch your pennies somewhere else. Perhaps try Costco or Wal-Mart you CHEAP asshole. Oh and one more thing...watch your language son.
