I disagree, this is about an ADULT criminal piece of garbage with no regard for the law or human life... And a seasoned Cop who did his job well. He's been a Police Officer for 7 years and they should pin a metal on him for ending the threat to society that this animal was. Remember he was trying to make a robbery collar, not kill a man.
