would like to keep the 340's standard stroke (as they're pretty cool as is around these parts, and use the j heads i have here, nothing over the top, but would like something that will REV,

am thinking a 3.23 diff and 4 speed, car will weigh in at under 1200kg

anybody have any good combinations they'd like to throw up?

Thanks,

Dan.

Knighty. That is very cool looking. Like a barracuda pickup. Anyways I have a standard stroke 340 in my 65 cuda that is capable of high 12 sec. quarter times with traction. I have ported x heads, lunati voodoo cam, rhoads lifters(really help with bottom end power), edelbrock RPM airgap intake & 800 cfm eddy eps carb. Running 3.55 gears with 2800 stall.
