wierd turn signal problem!!

hey guys ,see if u electrical gurus can help with this. so i replaced my turn signal cam..before doing so all my lights worked fine just the little clips that hold the cam in the left or right position had broken. Now that I replaced it when i have my headlights on the off position my left brake light is brighter then the right side also both my signals work..but when i turn my headlights on and hit the brakes only my right side brake light gets brighter,and when i put my left signal it doesnt work only upfront. i have checked all the grounds and cleaned them up no signs of rust or rott also i replaced all the bulbs and flashers. hope someone has an answer or can point me in the right direction:cheers:

Replaced the cam thing on the turn sig switch on the Fury a few months ago because the cancel tabs were broken off - had a very similar issue after putting it all back together only to discover the new cam piece was the problem. The contact wires On the back side of the new cam were not making contact with the terminals in the turn sig switch for the right side. I had brake lights on both sides until I used the right signal - then would lose the right rear completely. I also had the right rear turn sig as long as I didn't touch the brake. One would work without the other.....Took it back out and had to bend the contact wires out some to make contact in the switch.....

I actually had that problem previously I had bought a new Forman signal cam from Oreillys and had that problem with the pins in the back not making contact the pins were straight instead of having that outward bend/ groove. After that was a fail I snagged some at the local junkyard off of a dart and a dodge van...thought they were gonnawork I guess not. I'll give it another shot and come up with another turn signal cam. Thanks for ur help and input
