Will '74 B body parts fit '71 Duster

I have the chance to get some parts of a parts car my Dad might buy. the car is a '74 charger with a 318 auto. I was wondering if i could use the front disc brake parts to change mine from drums. Also would the 727 off that 318 fit my 318 even with it being out of a B body. any help would be greatly appreciated

I know for sure the tranny will work. I cannot give a definite answer on the brakes though.
