Will a Sharktooth grill fit a 1970 Duster ?

I am considering purchasing a sharktooth grill for my 1970 Duster. I noticed that they were specific to the 1971-1972 Dusters. My question is will this grill fit my 1970 without any modifications? If there are any needed modifications how intense are they ? Your input would be greatly appreciated - Ron
 
Install and don't look back. Best/meanest looking A body grill period.

Yup it fits any 70-72 Duster/Valiant.
 
So I take it there are no modifications needed to install it- brackets, marker lights, bezels etc... ? Thanks for all the replies so far- Ron
 
I had to change the signal light pigtails to put mine in my '72- not sure what type the '70 has, but that's about the biggest issue you should run into.
 
I am just curious, might have to do this myself someday.Do you have to have the right headlight bezels from a Sharktooth.Thanks
