Will these wheels/tires fit stock 69 Cuda springs

I’ve got 15 x 7 cragars with 245/60/15 tires currently on the rear of a 69 Cuda.

I’m wondering if a 15 x 8 with 275/60/15 tire will fit without spacers? Stock leaf springs.

how does your car sit in the rear?

I’ve run 15x8 with 4.5 backspace with 245/50/15 tires on my 68 Barracuda with SBP axles (just drilled for LBP). A 275/60/15 will have a lot more sidewall bulge.

It will be really close.

275 is pretty much max width in the back w/ stock pieces. You will have to test fit and measure. The last time the rear of my car was stock was 1993 so I'm not going to be much help!

Thanks for all the replies. I think I’ll probably stick with 255/60/15 on the car.
