wilwood disc brakes

On the instructions for the caliper bracket it says to torque the upper bolts to 45 ft lbs and lower bolts to 77 ft lbs. Is it because of that cnc bracket? Factory calls for 55 on upper bolts and 115 on lowers with disc brakes. Which specs should I go by? And wilwood recommends loctite 271 on threads. I forgot to put some on, will it be okay?

Use the torque specs wilwood recommends. I would go back and use the loctite
