Has anybody done the Wilwood drum to disc conversion on a 72 Dart? The question is, does the drum brake master cylinder and porportioning valve work O.K.?

I can't say for sure but, my thoughts are no, or you might be able to use it but, the residual pressure valve might have to be removed from the master cylinder to function correctly with the discs.

I'm sure others that know will chime in!

ive done three wildwood conversions. One 69 dart with KH disc to wildwood disc, one 70 dart with KH disc to wildwood disc and a 68 valiant with drum to wildwood disc. the KH cars need a "drum spindle" and I did no other modifications. the 68 valiant with drums used the stock spindle, but did need a "factory" brake limiting valve for the rear drums once the fronts have been changed to the wilwoods. you can get what you need at inline tube.
