So the body shop took out my side windows and from what I see broke every last one of these clips any one have a place and part number for them?

Ebay is a fair source for those also and quite a bit cheaper.

dang didnt know there was so many roller in there I only seen two. Whats best thing to do pull the whole track out?

That will give you the best visual on everything, and allow you to clean and lube all the pivot points.
