Anyone have any information on locating the front windshield weatherstripping seal for a convertible?

Everyone carries one for a hardtop but I am not finding one for a convertible. Even Steele Rubber Products does not offer it.

Anyone know the difference between the hardtop and the convertible windshield and is their a possibility that a hardtop seal can be made to work?

This windshield gasket fits ALL 1963-1966 A-body hardtops(2-door and 4-door) AND convertibles......

PR-D625, 1963-66...All models...Front Windshield Weatherstrip...$ 119.00

I do have one in stock on the shelf and ready to ship.

Rick is right. I painstakingly hunted a used convertible gasket after my painter cut mine out (arggg) and when I compared it to the hardtop one, they are the same. The only difference is that the top inside flashing on the convertible is a bit narrower to allow for the stainless trim and top hold downs. Worst case scenario is that you may have to trim the edge back to allow for the hold downs to seat all the way.
If you get it, post your results as a lot of people, including me, would like to know.

Thanks Bamacuda and Rick.
Rick, I will let you know latter in the week if I am interested in yours.

I just got the Dart convertible back from the glass installer Friday in time for this weekends Dallas Mopar Mini Nationals.

He said that the hardtop weatherstripping worked perfectly and required no trimming to install. All interior stainless trim and latches re-installed correctly. It is so nice to see clearly without the extreme glare from the original windshield.

The Dart received a Class winner in Stock A-Bodies and my 64 Valiant Barracuda took first place in that category. It has been a good weekend.
I did get a kick out of seeing 4 modified Dusters and Darts with 440 in them. All were beautifully done and all started life as slant six cars! At least my still, slant six convertible as a factory Hurst 4 speed in it.....
