I can tell you assuredly you have a leak at the wiper pivot seals , you’ll see it bubble out or trickle in ..it is a very common problem and update kits are available ( mr. Moparts, Classic, year one , eBay ) you may have other leaks it’s true but for sure the WP seals .

Maybe both but not the wiper pivot alone in my view. Rust seen above the pivot. Water doesn't run uphill. I always have cleaned and reused the gaskets but... Getting the glass out without damaging the gasket or the glass isn't easy. To break the old cloudy, pitted windshield can be a good thing anyway.

I would do the pivots and a new gasket, sucks to redo them relatively cheap for the piece of mind.

Update Everyone Yes It Was The Wipers Pivet Seals Along With The Windshield Gasket They Were Bot Worn Out From Years Of Neglect Thanks To Everyone Who Gave Their Positive Imputs

Well, with what I am going through with rear window leaks from a PO, NO F'#+ing way!

I understand a company named Steele is the only ones worth buying though!

It really helps if the gaskets and glass are set with 3M bedding compound. There are liquid butyl products avaiable also.

Depends on the year. If its 67 it's 1 yr only as it has Mylar lockstrip and I would only use Precision.

You can use 8509 and it probably will be OK.
Won't set up and can clean up at your pleasure.
You can use PLS 30 and it won't every leak but you will never the the gasket back out.
Works good for changing windshields later one.
The rubber stays put.
Clean up has to be quick though.

Your old gasket will shrink up while you have it out.
I've gotten around this by putting them between two post with a come a long and stretched them.
Then put the in quickly before they shrink back.
If you are going to reuse your windshield, cut an trash the old gasket anyway.
