Windshield Washer Motor?

Installing a new little electric motor on my Washer Fluid Bottle. The new one I bought is not marked positive or negative -just two prongs. Does it matter which wire goes on where? No instructions. Thanks

It will matter on a 2 wire pump if the wire connectors plug in on both terminals. If you get it wrong, the motor will run backwards. In that case, just swap them around.

Yea, it's a two wire pump. The original setup only has a positive terminal-new has two terminals, unmarked of course

On the original the negitive is a short jumper that runs to one of the bottle mounting bolts.

Get the pump mounted and jumper the wires as stated above. One way will spray on the windshield one wi not. Once you figure out which is which make it official
