Windshield wiper issues.

I Have everything hooked up and fine except... Connected to the Wiper Motor are metal Arms that move the wiper arms on the outside of the car.

What I need is the "plugs" that hold those Arms together, or at least the actual name of them to look for the right thing.

in case it helps I have a '74 Plymouth Gold Duster. Thanks in advance for any help.
