will a variable/3 speed wiper motor off of a 73 Duster fit a 71 Demon?

I think 71 used a metal clip to attach linkage and 73 used those stupid nylon connectors that last about a week.
You might be able to swap the motor if you swap out the linkage off the motor.

A lot of the motors interchange with different bodys. Its just a matter of bolting on the right arm and adjusting the park switch cam plate. The FSM has details on this.
