Thanks 1967 powerwagon and YY1. The paint is not perfect. The clearcote reacted with the paint and left random spots. I used minimal glue so I can dissasemble it and repaint it someday.
Sounds like a damned headache....LOL As for the "Future" what is that stuff? I've read about it, heard it said, but have no damned idea what it is, and where to get it. any ideas/help?
TIA
"Future" is an acrylic floor finish. Now sold by Johnson Wax under the name "Pledge Floor Care", or "Pledge Floor Finish With Future Shine". Seems like Johnson Wax dropped the ball on renaming this stuff, but it is supposedly the same as before. I've never used it, but some model builders swear by this stuff. Can be used as a barrier for hot paints, and can be used as a clear-coat.
Nicely DONE ---^

69 340 GTS,
I've got that SAME model from Jo-Han, yours come factory with the 440? Mine has the dual spark plug 426 Hemi in it! I had to ask to see if they were made differently over time!
NICE work! That "Rat Roaster" intake looks AWESOME on that motor!
