Are the wiper blades on 1968 dodge dart sedans longer than on hardtops?

Not from what I've seen in the factory parts book.
Book shows 68 could have either trico (single claw) or anco blades (two claw) as they are both listed for a-bodies. The ancos were push button release.

This is what's on my 67, dad bought car new, no reason to think he changed the blades except for inserts. Anco 15", red dot, airfoil.

Not sure how the original inserts were installed, the red dot post serves no purpose any more, or at least with the current inserts

Follow the link Dana.
Those are the original blades.
Sometime you can get lucky and find the refills on ebay or such where people sell old stock.
But now OER is offering them, so my plan is to get some new ones.
Its ridiculous they went generally unavailable for a while and we had to use the clip end refils.
Even dumber was OER was selling the wipers but not the refils for 'em.
Finally they caught up. maybe my calls and emails helped that along. Who knows.

I just thought if the windshield was taller on the sedans, that the wipers might be longer

Many cars can accommodate longer wipers but 15 is stock. As Mattax pointed out OER/Classic sell the correct refill and blade if you are 68 up (us 67 guys get no respect), K164R is the refill for the red dot type blades. And they are shipping orders as of today (4-6-20)

I wondered if my Dad swapped them out at some time, looks like he did not. KEEPING it OEM!

New refills can be had if you know the part number.
I'm tired of replying to all the various wiper blade post with the information, search and you might find it.

If there ever is a topic for a sticky this is it.

Got my OER/CLASSIC K164R blade refills today perfect fit. I even figured out how to seperate the one end of the wiper blade.

Only think I couldn't figure was the plastic bump thing on the wiper.

Easily removable but don't see a purpose.

The metal was a tad wider then the last insert. But it fit much better.

Can't wait to push the sprayer button.

I think that's what I measured with an end clip type replacement. Also the replacements are a little long so the other end sticks out a little beyond the claw.

The last refill didn't have any side cuts to retain it. But the rubber was just the right length that the ends where the blade rolls over kept it in place.
One had a keeper, the other did not.

I posted a sketch with dimensions from an old stock Anco 12 series in the other thread.
Hopefully the new ones offered by OER that you got from Classic have the same or very close.
