Retired and Social Security isn’t enough to justify that.
I missed my chance 2020, and I had a deal for a scat pack for less than the price of that hellcat and when I showed up to finish the deal, sales manager had used it to do a dealer swap with another dealership for a pick up truck didn’t know that vehicle was already sold, I didn’t go back

Did you have anything in writing, money down on the car? Sounds like that dealership had poor communication skills among themselves. I don't know how it works where you live, but in Missouri you can sue the dealership for breach of contract especially if you had already signed any paperwork. I completely understand about the social security issue
