Would a (GASP ) Chevy one work?

I seem to have misplaced the distributor hold down clamp for my 360, Parts stor says they have a chevy one, but no mopar ones? Will a chevy one work?

If it wouldn't cost $10 to ship the darn thing, I'd send you one to save the agony...

It would probably work. Might have to grind where the bolt hole goes through or the distributor spread.

I just got one for my motor,there only $9.00,and if you dont like chrome,scuff it with some 180 sand paper and paint it.Its a mopar performance part,so you know it fits like the original,comes with a chrome bolt also

Robb I doubt the Chevy one would work. The base of the Mopar dist. is a lot bigger diameter so I don't think the shivy one will fit.

If it did fit your car wouldn't be nearly as fast:toothy10:

yeah ditto brianT...my new 340 oil pan is anything but fitting right now...
