I just picked up a pick up.Lololol.......Seriously I just scored a 72 D100 long bed. 318 with a 3 on the tree. Tuck has 71,*** original miles but is showing its age just like me. It is petty blue with white around the lower side. It has some rust over the wheel well and floor pans but every single piece of equipment that came on her still is in working order.
Here's my question, since the ratrod craze is in full effect I have thought about lowering the old girl 2 inches in the front and 1 in the back and installing a set of 16 inch torque thrust wheels that I have laying around and since I live in the center of the Nascar universe I was seriously considering doing a signage on the doors in distressed lettering the reads Petty Garage........going fast since 1949
What do you guys think? Maybe a cam, intake and exhaust? Sounds cool to me but would like some input on this one.
