Big bolt pattern that will accept the dog dish caps. Would like caps also, but can pick up seperate if needed. Don't care about the width, I'll take care of that.

Are there any salvage yards in your area? If so, LBP 15" steelies are common on half ton Dodge pickup trucks, Dodge and Plymouth vans and C-Bodies. Some mid-1970's B-Bodies as well.

I forgot to add I would like them to accept the 9" dog dishes, not the 10" dishes I've found on the truck wheels so far.
