Its an add-on piece, bolt-in from what I know of it. I had one from a 66 but 66 units wont fit a 65.
I dunno about parking lights, I have never seen one on a 65

if you mean the lower valance that bolts to the fenders and to the radiator support valiant has turn light and barracuda has metal where lights on valiant are so those panels are diffrent

Its not the lower valence, it was an optional piece. If you look at the lower valence on the 65, there are a few square holes on the underside nearest the radiator. This was where the radiator stone shield went. thanks for checkin!

Thats looks right, I have the same one on my 66 Valiant, thought it as a standard item on all the cars though? Yours looks NOS?

66 is a one year piece. I had a 66 unit years ago and it never fit my 65. 66340, is there any way you can take a pic of yours under your car?
I would hate to buy another 66 piece and not have it fit. Maybe they only offered them in 66....
