Hey guys I'm in the process of changing out my 67 Valiant slant six to manual steering. Does anyone have a decent used manual box without a bunch of play?

Good Luck.... Have yours rebuilt ... i know of a guy here in Mich that will weld internal gears if worn to take up play...

I have one with little to no play its clean. I don't know how much they go for, I payed $120 for it. Let me know and i will post some pics or just PM

I have a good used box too if the others don't work out. The one Dodge74 has is the '66 and earlier version. It will work for your year but you may have to drill out the mounting holes for your bigger bolts. Also, it looks like there isn't much, if any, adjustment left in the top screw.
Thanks, Mark

...........I have 1 that is excellent shape, from 71 swinger...had 53.00 miles...never been set up , bolt on and go...$100.00 + the ride..........kim..........
