Yes. They are for the sbp K/H set up. I have one that is REALLY badly pitted. Just noticed when I was painting.
Yes they can be swapped side to side.
I don’t see how they can be swapped side to side unless u r swapping the spindle with it and then the calipers is on the front. This is what I have. Drivers side. Pretty ugly looking. I’m sure it could be blasted and straightened. Kim

I could be wrong Kim, but pretty sure they are the same. Notice the 2 "extra" bolt holes.

They are the same. I tried one on both sides. It fits both sides with the caliper to the rear.
